# 24: There are some people who perfectly fit their careers. Teresa Martinez is one of them. She is so damn passionate about the work and mission she and her team are on...well...you can just feel it in this interview. 

 

Teresa is the Director and Co-Founder of the Continental Divide Trail Coalition. This is a national nonprofit trail organization with a mission to protect, preserve, and promote the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail. It’s not an easy task.

 

The trail is over 3,100 miles long and cuts across 5 states! Teresa and her team work tirelessly to maintain, preserve, and educate those about this remarkable natural asset we have in this country. 

 

Throughout the conversation we talk about her work, connecting with people on their terms and creating joy with nature.
